Mr Singh has over 16 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials/Manufacturing applications for both Federal and commercial clients. Mr. Singh has been involved in several successful Oracle ERP Implementation and post production support. Mr. Singh is responsible for analyzing the businesss requirements and performing bridge-gap analysis and had extensive hand-on experience in design and development using Oracle tools and technologies. His software and methodology expertise includes Cost Management, Purchasing, Payables, General Ledger, Receivables, Assets, Inventory, Project Accounting, Grants Accounting, Federal Administrator and System Administration. Has in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Project Management, requirements management, and business process design for federal and commercial clients. At present Mr. Singh is working as a SME in Oracle Application R12.2.3 upgrade project at NIH. He has also served as an Oracle Apps SME for the Oracle R12 Implementation at Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) with business lifecycles of Budget, Core Accounting Lifecycle, Procure to Pay, Asset Management, and Revenue Management Lifecycle. Mr. Singh has extensive experience working in Federal environment, he worked with an HHS Federal leadership team of OpDiv CFOs, directors, and managers to support the implementation of the ITIL framework of the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
